Sign in to Workday

The first time you open WesWork, sign in as you would in a browser. After that, WesWork signs you in.

Sign in the first time

1. On Wesleyan's sign-in page, enter your Wesleyan username and password, then click Log In.
2. Approve the Duo request on your phone.

WesWork saves your username and password in the Keychain on this Mac. Until they're saved, WesWork doesn't lock, so you can sign in without Touch ID.

Signing in after that

• When Wesleyan's sign-in page appears, WesWork fills in your username and password and submits them.
• If Duo asks you to approve the sign-in, approve it on your phone as usual.
• When Workday asks “Remember this device?”, WesWork ticks the checkbox and submits it, so Workday asks less often.
• When Workday's session ends, WesWork signs you back in; the window's subtitle reads “Signing in…”. If your Mac is offline, it waits until the network is back.

If you type a new password on Wesleyan's sign-in page, WesWork saves it in place of the old one.
