Downloads, uploads, and links

Downloads

Files that Workday offers to download, such as spreadsheets and exports, are saved in your Downloads folder, and the Downloads stack in the Dock bounces. If a file with the same name is already there, WesWork adds a number to the new one's name instead of replacing it.

PDFs and images open in the window, unless Workday offers them as downloads. Click the Back button to return.

Uploads

When Workday asks for a file, such as a receipt, click its Browse or Select Files button and choose the file.

Links and navigation

• Web links you click outside Workday and its sign-in services open in your system browser, including links that request a new window.
• Workday and sign-in links stay in WesWork's window. Click the Back button to return.
• The Back and Forward buttons don't go back to the sign-in pages, which can't be reused once you've signed in.
• The Home button (the house) opens your Workday home page.
